At The Unique Candles, we want you to enjoy our candles to the fullest.
To ensure a safe and optimal candle-burning experience, please follow these candle care tips:
WICK CARE
Before lighting, please trim the wick to 1/8"-1/4" and center it. Once the wick is too long or not centered during burning, please extinguish the flame in time, trim the wick and center it.
BURNING TIME
For regular candles, do not burn them for more than 4 hours at a time. For irregular candles, we recommend not burning more than 2 hours at a time.
For irregular shaped candles, we cannot guarantee that each one will be fully burned.
Extinguish your candle using a candle snuffer rather than blowing it out.
SAFETY FIRST
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Make sure your candle is on a stable surface and away from flammable objects.
Stop using your candle when there's about 1/2 inch of wax remaining at the bottom. Burning a candle too close to the end may cause the container to overheat and crack.
Burn in a Draft-Free Area:
Place your candle on a heat-resistant, flat surface away from drafts.
STORAGE
When not in use, store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Proper storage helps maintain their quality and fragrance.
