Can I change my order after I submit it?

Orders are processed in one to two business days. If you need to make a change, please e-mail us as soon as possible.

I placed my order during the weekend, when will you process my order?

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

How do I know my order went through?

You will receive confirmation through email once your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us in 24 hours, please check your email “Spam” folder. If after two working days you still have not received a confirmation email from us, please e-mail us.

Can I place an order if I don't live in the United States?

Yes! Please contact us by e-mail for orders outside of the U.S. and we will be glad to help you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are handcrafted as ordered, so order will be processed within three to seven business days. Please add three to six business days for typical USPS delivery. If you require faster delivery, please e-mail us to ask about Next Day or Second Day shipping.

What if an item arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs

Can I pickup locally? No shipping cost.

Yes, you may pickup at Rosharon, TX. or any of our Vendor Booth. when Placing order, under shipping cost, please select Free Pick, we will get in touch with you to setup pickup place and time.
