Shipping Information
At The Unique Candles, we are committed to delivering your candle purchases in a safe and timely manner. Please review the following shipping information to understand our processes:
Shipping Methods
We offer the United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We offer Free Standard Shipping: 3 - 6 Business Days, on U.S. orders over $75.
For the Standard Shipping ,The shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.
Order Processing Time
1. Since all of our products are made by hand, usually orders need to be processed within 3-7 days.
2. Delivery details including a tracking number and ETA will be provided once your order is on its way.
3. We process and ship authorized purchases only. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized,
altered or ineligible information. We will always contact the customer first before cancellation.
4. For now we do not offer shipping outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states. However, if you are really wanting to place an order,
please email info@theuniquecandles.com with location and products , we will provide you with a shipping quote.
5. If you wish to edit your order or shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order via email at info@theuniquecandles.com. We will do our best to deal with your request!
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and USPS delivery schedules.
Order Cancellation
If you change mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours from the purchasing time of the same day. After that, please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (50% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in resaleable condition. This means that the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from any damage or signs of use.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@theuniquecandles.com to us directly and we’ll take you through the process. And don't forget to provide us with a copy of your original receipt (along with a photograph) and the product(s) you wish to return.
Notes:
1. We do not accept returns of used products;
2. Please to pack your order very carefully in its original shipping box if possible. Our products are fragile and we won't issue a refund on a broken item.
3. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and we do not offer refunds on shipping charges.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3~5 business days.
Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as the returned item(s) are received and processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
